Thanks to two big wins on the weekend with Southern Speed in the Makybe Diva and Dear Demi in the Furious, Jamie has shot to the top of the leader board in the 2012 Stable of the Stars.

Despite his second open pick Mawingo flopping in the main Flemington race, he has put himself into a great spot with Kabayan a strong contender for the Golden Rose next weekend and Heart of Dreams to go around in the Dato Tan Chin Nam at Moonee Valley.

Patrick also had a strong week with Tatra winning a weak Ming Dynasty and also scoring points with Satin Shoes in the Concorde.

Elliot went 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the Chelmsford but with the big points only going to race winners, it only kept him in third spot. He will be hoping Sydney horse of the year Streama can match it next week against Patrick's More Joyous.

Chris got his first winner with Snitzerland in the Danehill and Jack with Danleigh in the Chelmsford. It was some consolation for Jack who's main pick Mosheen failed to deliver in Melbourne. Tim's big hope Rain Affair also flopped and could spell tough times for his stable.

Gavin will be eagerly awaiting Rekindled Interest's performance in the Dato Tan, but Rob will be hoping Ethiopia will pull him off the bottom in the same race. A win to Green Moon will see the John's move up.

The Golden Rose is the biggie for the weekend though and with no Pierro, Nechita (Ryan), Albrecht (Patrick) and Epaulette (Jack) could all influence the standings significantly.
